So as a hebrew reading anon, i did some digging on Michal Chelbin in hebrew.
Apparently she is well known for her "provocative" and "edgy" photos.
This shit is beyond "edgy".

Notice she studied in "wizo", an organization that is connected to the yemen children kidnapping fiasco in Israel of the 1950s. Apparently after her photography studies she went to live and work in new york, this is probably where she was hooked with Rachel Chandler.
The article mainly deals with her and her husband taking photos of maximum security prisons in russia and ukraine. Also juvenile prisons. She says that she is "attracted to closed worlds that we are not familiar with. And always looks at worlds were the fantasy is mixed with the mundane".
Apparently she managed to arrange the prison shootings using bribe.
