Q has it all, BUT that doesn't mean it can be admitted into court. Don't forget how they have all the information. It would be fruit from the poison tree. Q is telling us to find what is in the public domain and then report it to the FBI. A chain of evidence so to speak.
Maybe it's the "compare and contrast". But how does an investigation get opened?? Is it an agent sitting at his desk, bored to tears, and starts looking around for a crime? No; it is typically a tip that comes in alleging a possible crime and then they go and investigate.
If anons had reported this last year, maybe there was no investigation because the corrupt ones were in charge. Hopefully, most if not all are gone now. Or maybe it is to be bait for those who haven't raised their wicked head yet.
Whatever the reason, it is my belief Q is prompting us to call the tip line.
