In a nutshell, no. But in a related 7th Circuit Court of Appeals case handed down a few days ago on 15-Mar-2019, States may continue to enforce and pass laws prohibiting felons from exercising their 2nd Amendment Rights.
It's a 64 page ruling the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court's ruling that the State's dispossession statutes lawfully applied against the plaintiff's 2nd Amendment Rights because those dispossession statutes represent an important interest of the government's role in maintaining public safety. Of course its a very complicated ruling (hence the need for 64 pages).
