In a nutshell, no. But in a related 7th Circuit Court of Appeals case handed down a few days ago on 15-Mar-2019, States may continue to enforce and pass laws prohibiting felons from exercising their 2nd Amendment Rights.

It's a 64 page ruling the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court's ruling that the State's dispossession statutes lawfully applied against the plaintiff's 2nd Amendment Rights because those dispossession statutes represent an important interest of the government's role in maintaining public safety. Of course its a very complicated ruling (hence the need for 64 pages).

Yes, absolutely Anon. That's the way I took it. Though I'm sure there are a lot of bad apples remaining in the FBI, their positions and activities are being closely monitored. I believe that with this post to the FBI Tips website submission page that Q is letting us know that the command and control within the FBI is completely under the control of POTUS and Q. All the more reason for the DS to PANIC!. He is also letting us know that submissions to this FBI Tips submission page are safe for Anons. That said personally dealt with the FBI and having a childhood friend with a long career and now retired from the FBI, I wouldn't trust any FBI field agent as far as I could throw him. Those guys creep me out just being around them.
