I agree, or home troubles and plucked out of that situation into a worse one. Where's the best place to scour missing persons images? Might recognize someone here bringing this up to the brim again.
I suggest frequent breaks. Take a walk if it's decent outside. Believe me, it helps. Been at this since pgate and I started out throwing up. I still get sick by it but learned coping mechanisms. I kinda compartmentalize it if that makes sense.
