You've got to think ahead of the system. Months ago, you could. Not today.
Screen shots can work, but realistically, you will have to learn to talk on the wind and teach people to listen. For myself, I have a few different outlets I will embed information into. It's more simple than it sounds, you just have to be willing to sound crazy to people who don't understand what you are doing.
I started doing that.
Several problems came up. First was a lack of tools to do it. I was working on putting some freeware/open source stuff together, but I also ran into problem number 2 - which was a general lack of interest or support.
The idea was to have archived web pages integrated into it with interconnected timelines serving as dossiers.
That was over a year ago. Kind of dropped the project.
