It's very pronounced in the left pic -

coloboma - abnormality around the pupil of the eye - the iris is not fully formed or symmetrically shaped - the margin between pupil and iris is ragged.

The extremely widespread eyes and broad forehead, along with narrow chin, could be another possible genetic anomaly related to coloboma.

Coloboma is a defect of the PAX2 gene and can cause abnormal development of the fetus with many other abnormalities potentially occurring.

Last night an anon was trying to tell me that a number of these victims in RC's photos have coloboma and/or were selected for having that genetic abnormality.
