Judge Rudolph Contreras in Washington, DC was at it again yesterday ruling Federal agencies must "take a hard look" at the impact of oil and gas drilling on climate change.
The optimist in me says this is great. It will force scientific evidence into the legal system. With some fortitude by the Bureau of Land Management we might finally kill off this cabal inspired wet dream to micromanage we the people.
