There needs to be a very important addition to the IBOR.
Freedom of Speech does not mean the Freedom to Lie as that was not the intent of the First Amendment in the Bill of Rights of the USA Constitution.
The above point needs to be made very clear.
The Freedom of Speech Provision was meant to protect people's rights with regards to talking about any corrupt practices going on with people in government. All one has to do is to look at the time that the Bill of Rights was created and the crap that King George was doing to the people of America to see that. The Freedom of Speech provision was meant to protect people who were 'blowing the whistle' on that shit without being arrested for sedition, or some other crap.
This right is now being abused by evil people people to spew lies (MSM), destroy people's honor and integrity (lying about what they have done), promote disinformation (Clowns In America/MSM/Politicians, etc).
Lying needs to be made an offence in some way when it is done via a public venue.
