With the new Snowden crumb and all the previous posts questioning how could he get through customs etc., I have a question.
Isn't the big reveal actually that Snowden never left Asia? That's how he passed through customs, by never even trying? Since the US authorities were hunting him, it seems to reason, he probably would not have been able to leave the country (without a very elaborate ruse).
Wasn't the only 'proof' of his being in Russia that 60 minutes interview, which wasn't really proof at all? I understand it was mentioned that a Clown outpost was just around the block from the hotel where he was staying. In other words, if he stuck around, he would have had his co-clowns in the neighborhood looking after his safety. Checking in on 'strangers' entering the city. No way he could maintain his own security.
Did I miss something?
