who owns the www? nobody owns it. it's only regulated. poorly i might ad but not owned. public owns it. so it is allowed to be used by these snakes. public utility all the way. it already is a part of the first ammendment. a private company can't go into a water suplly station and start dictating what the public employees/ciizens can say. SCOTUS has to hear it.
i know right now they are deciding on the rights of internet companies to use our data. the debate is on whether there is implied consent and whether they can require we give it up to use their services. the www is not a luxury or entertainment anymore. it's hard to get by without a computer now. not a lawyerfag but there it is. it's a publicly owned utility. SCOTUS!
