You are citing Old Testament law which was fulfilled by Jesus Christ who's in instituted a new covenant.
If you read on in the Bible you will find that the Hebrews repeatedly rebelled against God and eventually they lost everything. Jerusalem was destroyed for the last time in 70 ce. They had rejected their Messiah and Jesus told them that the kingdom would be taken from them and given to a nation producing its fruits which was a spiritual Nation out of all the kingdoms of the Earth. God no longer has a special people or a chosen people. The Bible is very clear about that. Here are but a couple citations.
"At this Peter began to speak, and he said: “Now I truly understand that God is not partial, but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him."
Acts 10:34,35
"Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit."
Matthew 28:18,19
