My theory is that this is "art" masquerading as a reveal of one of the tricks of the trade of child abduction.
In an earlier bread, an Anon noted that the first thing you look for when trying to find a missing child is the shoes. Hair can be cut or altered, clothes can be covered or changed, but in the first hours after an abduction, the shoes are the giveaway.
This "art" depicts the secret to camouflaging this with the cutaway toes.
Just my theory. They are mocking us with their art.
