A) after an investigation is complete to awaken public
B) as part of a plea
C) by a hacker who wanted to get em busted
D) because the photo’d just wanted to post it on the webs to look cool
E)?
A&B are plausable for me.
If (A) the case was closed before photo was released and its all been done for some time.
