Hey guise, anyone help?

I'm looking for two images relating to the Christchurch mosque shooting. One being the alleged blood soaked carpet image, and the second being police officers being trained (indoctrinated) in the mosque after the event (hajib wearing and whatnot).

What I want to check up on is, anons said the blood soaked image was from Egypt in 2017, and the pattern used in the NZ mosque was different.

I've tried going through old bread but I just keep searching and no luck yet.
