been watching too, i see 2773 and yes already have signed it
i seen one person only so far that was specific. paraphrasing to protect the person, but it was to the extint that they only seen one partys censorship listed and that if it was more specific they would sign.
the actual EO could be fine tuned later. having it on his desk would be a good start. i do think version 3 looks a little more easy to digest.
