saw the analysis of sealed case and have one big question
the analysis shows the sealed cases are divided in criminal and civil
do ANY of the sealed indictments stats we have show if they were limited to CR?
in any event the numbers are very strange whether criminal civil or both - way too many
if criminal then we know what they are
if many are civil could be forfeitures
