Yes I know the local cops can be corrupted, I am very well aware of that.(Franklin scandal) But we have to have faith that the good ones will raise up. If we take out some of the big Masters, maybe the local guys will feel confident to spill the beans I guess. I have faith that not every cop is corrupted. I still believe in the men in blue.
