It's going to be awhile anon. Horowitz just stated the FISA investigation is still on going. DECLAS will not happen until AFTER the OIG report is released. We could be looking at months before the next step. As for the report. the law states Barr will write memo's to Congress about Mueller's actions. The whole report itself will never be released.
