I have been saving seeds for a few years now. Have about a gallon of beets in the basement. This year I'm gonna grow out some cabbage I left in the basement over the winter and see if I can't get some seeds from that. There's spinach and kale out in the garden right now so will have some tasty salads in just a few weeks as soon as the snow melts and they start growing again.
So easy to save seeds and amazing what the return is. 1 seed can give you 1000 more.
