We knew all this a year ago, maybe not in such detail. There are worse things, too, like the way that student loan money was looted into government pention funds for various self dealing senior level people, in both state and federal government.
and other things: people saying that human services welfare and adoption agencies in some states are comped.
and a lot more that we learned a year or more ago here, and elsewhere.
