I once had a guy approach me at the front of the sheriff's office i worked at and flash a volunteer firefighter badge claiming to be CIA. After he was locked up the jail staff called me and asked why I hated them. I inquired why and they said that he wrote the name of one of our toughest judges in shit on his cell wall.
Moral of the story - sometimes they're just crazy.
