WTF is the significance with the black eyes and dilated pupils, especially with the left eye? Common theme amongst the pedo asshats. I get the cannibal stuff and SM stuff, but this seems to be a common thing.

This one wears it constantly as some sort of badge of honor. Also notice the blood spot in the white of the eye. I've seen that more than once. There's got to be a significance to it.
