Question for the legalfags:
If someone is being pursued by the cops after committing a crime, I know all about what happening, and I tell them "he went THAT way" when he really went another direction and I do so with the deliberate intent of aiding the person's escape then I would be an accessory in some way. Correct?
So if these "journalist" fully know about the crimes related to the coup attempt and they tell falsehood with the deliberate purpose of trying to improve the chances of the conspiracy being successful then are they not accessories to it?
