What is "Pension Clawback"?
it would be an audit of all those who work in governance/government/public service as to the status of the retirement accounts, and their net worth.
anyone who collects more than a certain amount per year from governance and public service retiremtne accounts, or had been part of govenrance and move to private industry with an oversized piece of something through self-dealing, anyone like that (the Marty Mehans of the world) would be forced to reveal their full and total assests and have some of what was 'given' to them through self dealing (meanwhile they loot the organization that they pretent to run): they would have to return to a normal sized pension. And no double pensions of multiple pensions.
this would include all local, state, federal, and international (ie from UN) pensions or payouts.
and in no case should anyone collect a public pension when they already have a job and that one is alow going to pay them a pension.
Pension clawback, I haven't worked out the details but it's an idea that has to happen because of the self dealing of creeps at the top.
for those lower down their pensions might actually improve once the parasites at the top are cut back to a level that is more fair.
