If POTUS offered Meuller pardon, that would be Obstruction of Justice by bribing the investigator (quid pro quo)

If Mueller had been pardoned (or offered pardon) entire investigation would be discredited, and require a do-over by a new/different special counsel
Do you really think a stable genius would fall into that trap?
