Eat grass-fed meat products.

Eat pasture-raised eggs.

East organic vegetables (lots).

Avoid carbohydrates.

Absolutely no sugar.

I started doing this three years ago this month.

I was 255+ then. I'm 175 today. And I'm 66.

As a bonus, my blood pressure, which was always high, is now normal.

It can be done, if you think differently and take action.
