He sent the first letter out to prevent that. The second letter absolving her only went out after Hussein’s DoJ got their shizzle together and blackmailed the NYPD with going after its cops with the Eric Garner(?) case (large black dude choked out or heart attack while being arrested). That second letter email went out Monday morning. Thurs/Fri before was the FIRST letter.
