Pelosi has figured out that the Mueller report can't be made public until after the indictments are handed out because the Mueller Report details criminal acts committed by FBI and DOJ actors, as well as herself and other prominent Dems. By insisting Mueller's Report be made public she and the D's can buy more time for the Fake News attacking POTUS, Mueller and Barr for their lack of transparency.

Respecfully, Anon, I can't imaging how that might be possible. Pushing too much DECLAS out before the indictments are served will risk the "appearance" of tainting jury pools and may also promote flight from prosecution. Imagine a situation in which a DS actor just happens to go on an extended holiday to a non-extradition country. What then? Indictments absolutely must be served to seize passports. If I'm wrong, help me understand. Thanks.
Good point, but unless I'm mistaken, I don't believe the Dems and FAKE NEWS are going to take the public specter of Military Tribunals sitting down. Therefore, I think POTUS/Q will reserve MTs for special situations, i.e secret tribunals. The vast majority of the 80k+ sealed indictments are going to have be handled in the civilian courts.
If released I'm guessing a lot more than names will need redacting. But very good point, Anon. a highly (and strategically) redacted Mueller Report I can imagine.
They won't. John Q Public would never accept military tribunals except in the case that the defendant is active military. All military tribunals for civilian traitors will have to handled by our civilian courts.
