Pretty sure we saw this quite a while back. I don't think it's any secret that Schiff is "light in the loafers" and I wouldn't be surprised to learn that age 19 is something of an upper limit for him. IMHO, he's fighting as hard as he can because there is nothing but a red scarf in his future if he fails. The law sometimes shows mercy, but the people he's been dealing with do not.
