not sure we're in disagreement. choose the answer that relies on the least complex or fewest premises - i.e. the one that has the simplest explanation.
not a proof, just a model for choosing when uncertain. never said proof. i just think anons can tend to get carried away with exotic answers when a simple answer will suffice, to the detriment of the overall digs.
