Many of the bullies you describe were either born evil or made evil through constant abuse in their formative years. Check the meaning of these terms:
Psychopath: born evil. They are narcisists who do not care but who lear to simulate emotions and trick normies.
Sociopath: become evil. These people suffer a lifetime of abuse in childhood/teenage years and become just like psychopaths.
These two groups are the backbone of the cabal, the backbone of organized crime, the backbone of the criminal secret societies who treat criminality as a religion and who pledge to live a life in which they always deceive in every possible way, and only enrich themselves through some form of stealing. The highest form of stealing is where you trick the normies to give it to you, thus the many causes and private foundations.
We need reliable and legal ways to test for psychopathic behavior so that we can make laws prohibiting such people from holding ANY office where they would have fiduciary duty. They can NOT be trusted.
