I baked 2 breads last night, went fine. Afterwards, 2 ghost bakes. Some confusion with notables ensured; some of the problems were fixed. But two problems remain with these notes:

Labeling is not correct (see cap).

I think I know what needs to be corrected in the pastebin. Can either make the correction and download a new paste or watch the bread & collect notes while you do.

New Baker ttt here, think we talked last night. Just spend almost an hour figuring out what needed to be corrected on lb notables due to two ghost bakes in a row graveyard. Learned something from that, housekeeping stuff. We are so short of bakers at that time, espec. weekends. I encouraged anons to learn how to baker assist, as a step in learning how to bake. Half the job.
