Could it be Comey is giving "orders" to activate the plan of the Cabal to unleash a geological disaster somewhere?

Like that Volcano in Mexico which might not just kill thousands but could very well fload the US borders with illegals. Or maybe they are preparing for a major earthquake followed by a Tsunami.

They might be preparing for a huge geological event to divert the news cycle from the Mueller report being made public.
