Just starting baking this week, support the idea of checks to help with the shilly baker problem. I have to say, I learned to bake by doing baker assist. At night, there just aren't many bakers, especially now. At the start, didn't know enough to bake so I did notes. Got comfy with that and then learned the end of bread stuff. Thanks for your support, we couldn't do anything without it.
If you are willing to bake, you can make it whatever you want. Mostly, it is service and responsibility.
