What’s the best way to find property ownership history? If all I have is an address?

It’s in Florida if that helps? Everything I’m finding ends at a bank loan but I can’t find who took the loan out?

Maybe county auditor?

Help.

I may just call them.

There’s no reason they wouldn’t talk to me about it right?

I could be assessing making a loan in it for all they know.
