The broader issue is about how to support one another–all anons–in such a way that people experience a sense of mutual support and appreciation–the feeling that they make a difference. This isn't about ego and "giving everyone a gold star," it's about creating a good esprits de corps in the group by recognizing the time and energy put into various projects. I mostly dig and it can be hard to spend a long time on something and see it become invisible when posted at times. I often post to discuss ideas and am disappointed if there's no one to discuss them with. Even tho I recognize that this isn't personal at all. I often read thing PB and wish I could interact with the poster.
We will never be able to give one another all that each deserves. We can't know the sacrifices each person makes to be here. I look for opportunities to notice what I can, though. I learn so much from what I see here, it's truly humbling, friends. Thanks to all of you for your contribution.
