Comey had a similar outfit, shoes, and moronic deer in the headlights stance when he tweeted out from Iowa, "I will try to tweet in useful ways". Maybe the coast pic was one of Comey's "useful" tweets. He also had the tweet around Christmas which could have been a veiled message (same shoes and odd sayings). Last pic is another similar deer in the headlights pic (shoes are different but similar style in general). The "I will try to tweet in useful ways " tweet was first of the bunch, making it seem like the style of photo may be a tip.
