ROME – Italian media are reporting that an infant boy has died as the result of a circumcision performed by his parents at home.

The ANSA news agency reported on Sunday that the 5-month-old baby was brought to a hospital in Bologna by helicopter in cardiac arrest on Friday afternoon and died that night.

The prosecutor's office in the region of Reggio Emilia has opened a manslaughter investigation.

Schiff: No new Mueller indictments does not mean Trump is vindicated

House Intelligence chair Adam Schiff said on ABC's "This Week" Sunday that even if the Mueller report does not recommend any new indictments — as has been reported — that does not necessarily rule out impeachment for President Trump.

George Stephanopoulos: "You told the San Francisco chronicle on Friday, if there's no bombshell, there's no impeachment. Does no new indictments qualify as no bombshell?

Schiff: "Not necessarily because again, George, as you pointed out, they can't indict the president. That's their policy. And therefore there could be overwhelming evidence on the obstruction issue. And I don't know if that's the case, but if there were overwhelming evidence of criminality on the president's part, then the Congress would need to consider that remedy if indictment is foreclosed."

The big picture: Attorney General William Barr is expected to submit a summary of special counsel Robert Mueller's findings to Congress by the end of the weekend. Both Democrats and Republicans have demanded that the full Mueller report be released to the public, with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi pledging on Saturday that she would reject any classified briefing offered by the Justice Department in an effort to promote full transparency.

Hmm, going for the "mentally ill" bullshit now?

Letter: Trump attacks on McCain may indicate mental illness

For the first time, I want to join those who are backing impeachment.

Re: “Trump again takes aim at John McCain over dossier, prompting rebuke from Meghan McCain” (Mercurynews.com, March 17):

Unbelievable! Embarrassing! Un-presidential! Unacceptable! What other words can we send to the president in disapproval of his remarks about John McCain?

Trump’s current behavior may well suggest that he is on his way to full blown mental illness. Surely he realizes the irony of his disparagement of a true war hero when his own father secured a diagnosis of bone spurs that helped Trump get a medical exemption as a “favor” from a shameless doctor who, in exchange, got access to the elder Trump, his landlord.

For the first time, I want to join those who are backing impeachment. I do not want to wait to vote against him in 2020. Too much damage could happen now under the leadership of an impetuous, self-absorbed and vengeful man.

Ronald Reagan must be roiling in his grave. Tragic!

very troubling….

these apps really are not that helpful. Most kids old enough with phones do NOT want this on their phone. Mine said they would throw away their phones if I put that on it.

And spouses would even get more angry about being "tracked".

So what was the point REALLY with creating these apps?
