The correlations between psychosis diagnosis and cannabis use might all be good data, but what I never saw in the study or the articles was a realistic description of psychosis.
They make it seem like cannabis use inevitably leads to a locked padded cell because you've irreparably damaged your mind. How many people do you know that have been institutionalized because of cannabis alone?
That's not how mental health works, people change habits and environment and they get better.
To me this study is more scare tactics and stigmatization.
