Hillary’s license to practice law reinstated after 17 years.

This doesn’t seem like a move of someone who is knows she is heading to gitmo. Could it be to claim attorney-client privilege and prevent her and her Co-conspirators from testifying against each other? I am not a lawyer, so leave that to those who know a lot more than me. But, I seem to remember some moves like that during her email scandal with some key person who worked with her hired as an attorney later to sit in on her questioning and to avoid having to testify, but plz double check if you recall.
