Remember that the IG, who was appointed by Obama was shut out by him. They were denied the ability to look into the issues of the administration going back as far as 2014, if not earlier. The Obama DOJ obstructed the IG office, so while TG and others are calling on 2nd Special council because the IG doesn't have access to employees that are no longer at the DOJ TODAY, i believe they've been collecting dirt for years. The IG office wasn't sitting on their asses for the last 4 years. Those 500 employees were very upset at being shut out and denied the process, so their report is not going to be limited to the Clinton email issue. Notice how quickly they stepped up to supply the "missing" FBI emails? They've been ready to supply everything when the time comes.
