I am of the opinion (and forgive me if this has already been stated by others) that the wishy/washy wording of Mueller's "obstruction" paragraph and pushing that onto the political appointee, Barr, is chumming the waters with bait the crooked left can't help but slurp up. And so they are doing with relish.
Logically, realistically, prosecutors don't exonerate. They indict or they don't. Exoneration is not their purpose. And if he (Mueller) truly had questions about the law and whether the law had been broken, and for some reason couldn't navigate the statutes, it would have been wholly appropriate for him to seek guidance from AG Barr before drawing any conclusions. What does not make sense in a logical way is punting it to Barr just … because…
