I suppose the trees will need to be made vertical by using Photoshop, then a online UPC decoder can be used.
New thoughts: The above is sensible only if the trees are fake, e.g., a rendered image. Comey has access to photo-realistic game engines and experts to generate strategically placed trees in a virtual game world. Then there is Comey's previous tweeted message "Geologic time offers useful perspective." That word PERSPECTIVE applies to how those trees in recent tweet needs to be aligned vertically.
