His intentions are good. But even if the California liberals lose this case in court they're still not really going to comply. He has to know this because he knows them and he knows the things they do.
Sometimes things get to a point where talking is just a waste of time, and you just have to either punch a mofo in the gut or kick his ass to make him understand that you're serious. The time for talking and playing games with the California commies is over.
Cut off the federal money, throw up road blocks everywhere, tie them up with legal technicalities everywhere, arrest their public officials for subversion, and for interfering with and violating federal laws—that would be a good start on dealing with California. Sessions has a vast arsenal of options at his disposal that could be used to push California into compliance, but so far I have not seen him use any of them—even indirectly. He's an intelligent man. Obviously, he has seen that his memos, statements, and strongly worded letters in the past didn't work.
And why the fuck is ICE telling the mayor of Oakland when and were they intend to carry out immigration raids? Since when are city mayors privy to secret federal law enforcement operations? They seriously need to re-think their approach to the communists that run states like California and New York.
