Anons, has anyone brought up the dichotomy between the handling of Trump's obstruction investigation vs. Hillary's exoneration?
Pics relevant.
The obstruction statute wielded against Trump over his tweets actually requires "corrupt intent", where as Hillary's gross negligence statute requires no such thing (it's negligence after all)
And Mueller demonstrated proper deferral to the DOJ regarding the conclusion anyway, in direct contrast to Comeys decisions in the Hillary case, where he personally took the role of prosecutor and recommended not charging.
Are we watching a movie?
