Mueller laid out the evidence and kicked the can upstairs on obstruction of justice.

Rosenstein reviewed the evidence and found it not sufficient.

Again, Rosenstein confirmed 94-6 in the Senate.

The 4-6% are going say what they're going to say, facts be damned.
