I had a thought going through my head for awhile now… what if this SC had to be in place to get a fair ruling? I mean the FBI/DOJH was as corrupt as can be.. there is no way if the investigation stayed in-house POTUS would have been cleared… they would have manufactured something just like they did to get this thing going anyway… my only question is the investigators Mueller picked…. I think they had to be Dems to show that it was a fair investigation… but as partisan as they were?…. don't know just a thought
