I would really like to believe that Mueller and his team could actually have been acting as white hats setting a trap. The idea of amassing a GIANT case against the deep state, knowing they would demand the full report be released, would be a dream come true. However I feel the deep state is simply too deeply inbedded in positions of power to not know everything in the report before it was given to Barr. We can dream, I guess.
