Countdown Hold Theory
Holds are pauses in a rocket countdown (NASA article) that are put in to make sure everything is going according to plan, everything is good to go, etc etc.
Q posted [-21] on a day that was NOT [-21], then Q posted [-21] again, suggesting there were holds in the countdown, changing the [0] date of the countdown.
I counted 19 days of holds and the [0] day with the countdowns as 3/30/19 considering holds.
If this theory is correct, the Mueller Investigation (Exoneration) DID end within the countdown.
Reminder of the T-Minus theory in order of the events happening:
[-90]: top 4 at FBI removed (happened)
[-60]: Bruce Ohs removed from DOJ (about to happen)
[-45]: RR removed from DOJ (about to happen)
[-30]: Mueller releases report that EXONERATES POTUS (about to happen)
[0]: DECLAS (public release, happens after Mueller's report)
