I might be wrong, but I've had a feeling all along that May has been flipped

 

How do you get a No Deal through a parliament that will do everything in its power to block it?

 

Perhaps create a deal that's so BAD that both leavers and remainers are united in their hatred of it..??

Section 14 of Richard Aikens briefing states:

 

'If this is right, then the actions of HMG, through the Permanent Representative, cannot bind either Parliament or the UK generally on the international law plane so that any purported extension of the Article 50 period would not be valid'
